Re: Mebendazole dosage for a systemic strongyloides ascaris infection
I think you should ramp piperazine together with DEC. They work very well together. I am still taking DEC daily, the amount depending on births. Moxiplus you take small doses until you reach a limit and then stop until the med is out of your system. Not sure of the exact number but Matt mentioned it a few times. I have started with 1/5th of the dose per weight, per day. I took extra prazi to enhance its effect, like half kitchen measuring teaspoon in greek yoghurt and vit D3. I did go up to almost a full dose per weight but became extremely sick so backed down. I have consumed 1 full tube plus the second more than half. This amount stays in the system for 2-3 months afterwards. It helped tremendously with births that were never ending before.
Take small teaspoons of DE as well, like 2 per day. Helps with spasms. Once they get totally worn out they will stop moving. Takes months. Fenben, moxi+, alb, ivermectin, DEC, piperazine, the supplements, enemas and occasional mebendazole will suck the life out of them. You need to time these well. Papain powder all day plus papaya seeds before bed. Pulse anti fungals and anti bacterials.
Pyrantel is needed to clear your GI. Main second step in clearing a systemic infection. First is ramping DEC with piperazine. For me pyrantel did not work well. I have never flushed worms with that, only cysts. I was not even sick anymore after a few weeks, as they have just escaped from it, and went hiding elsewhere until pyrantel was out of my system. Then they have returned into GI. Now starting levamisole to do the same job, but hopefully with success. You need to follow the formula as Matt designed it, letter by letter and adjust as you go along. It works.
