red small row meat in the stool

Dear Curezones

I have experience some black and bloody stool in the last weeks , with other symptom. but yeasterday I got small raw meat in the stool and I am sure i did not eat any raw meat and grap them I took photos for them they are like exactly like meat. The photos are attached.
before around a week i got like seamsem seed in the stool as well.

my question does any experience such thinks?
what is it any info ?
does it cause anemia (low MCV , red blood cells smaller than useal) ?
I am in fear and depresstion from hiv exposer ? is this related to primary hiv infection ?
I test hiv duo after 33 neg
