Thanks for that added information. The Washington Monument in Washington, D.C came to my mind too, but I had no idea that it was already damaged. It does sound like a lightning strike and a strong wind could easily blow it down. I am thinking this is it. We will have to wait and see. I hope no one is in it at the time. Tweet
