I just started a water fast this will be the end of my 6th day I am 5'8 and am currently at 215lbs I started at 223lbs and have been doing a lot of research on how to maximize fat burning during this process as I want to reach my goal of 170lbs before true hunger hits . during my research I've seen people say when exercising during water fast will force body to burn through all fat reserves faster in order to save protein and other people say if you burn to much calories during water fast body will switch to burning protein . just want some pointers to maximize fat burning in time thank you .
