Help for making colloidal silver

I am planning for making Colloidal Silver at home

Plz tell me about transformer

What should be DC AC amps voltage before buying transformer no knowledge of electronics terms

And any advice for making good Colloidal Silver

I will buy silver rods from local jeweller , he will make them before my eyes I think 12inch and 2mm will be ok

I have peeling lips problem, I will use Colloidal Silver for peeling lips.
