I just saw an article on the net saying their research indicated the adrenals need more Sulphur than organs generally do. But why buy supplements? Nothing beats the real thing. Red onions are sweet. I can bite a chunk off one and enjoy eating it. But if you don't want to do that, onions can be put on salads and other dishes and in smoothies. 7KETO in extra high doses can be very good for adrenals, too.
