I think that's something you should focus on and get right ? I know it's hard to start with. I found it difficult because I'm used to being most mentally active in the night. The trouble is I think this is a very bad habit I developed from prolonged computer use when I was a kid, and it stayed with me ever since.
If you force yourself awake at 6am every morning, I think you might find yourself ready for sleep at 10pm. I am finding this so far. It's going to take time for the body to re-adjust I guess. It's important not to eat more than 3 hours before bed time and drinking litres and litres of fluid just before bed.
