I think you need to log in and click on the Mail link. Once you're in Mail, then you scroll down to bottom of page and click on Contact Us to contact the Webmaster. Since this poster has multiple usernames, you will need to list as many as you can think of. Or just send a message to Webmaster each time you come across another post like his.

Currently, this poster is writing more posts under the usernames: carokann, 205083, and tiger10. I say tiger10 because he keeps replying to stupid posts. For example, check out this dialog which sounds like it's written by the same person.
