Thanks for the reply.

I do not have any allergies but read that Glycerine which is added to many toothpastes coats the teeth preventing remineralisation.
It can take 20 brushing sessions to remove the coating completely.

So I gave up my Sensodyne because of the Glycerin and Flouride content.

Glycerol, Glycerine and Glycerin are interchangeable.

Thanks for the tip about the clay, I do not add anything to the drink. I only use 1 tea spoon 3 times a week in water.
I mix it the night before with a wooden skewer and drink if as soon as I get up before tongue scraping and oil pulling.

I did used to add a couple of drops of oregano oil to clay I put between the tooth and gum but found it really difficult to keep in place so have not tried this in an while. I do need to though as that one part of the gum does smell.
