You can activate Miracle-Mineral-Supplement with pure lemon juice, and so I'm going to say it should be okay.

That said, the simplest and best method to measure whether or not the juice is compatible is by trial and error under fire(so to speak). ie, if you're sick, and take Miracle-Mineral-Supplement to gain wellness, then you would have a means from which to measure whether the juice is interfering with the treatment or not.
