Blood Test/Lip Swab/Laser Surgery

As some of you know, I'm the one that has the CO2 laser surgery at the mayo clnic about 3 months ago. Things weren't healing as expected and I noticed that the stuff that was forming had a bad smell to it. I went back to Mayo and they confirmed with a lip and cheek swab that I had developed a bacterial infection (Serratia). They have prescribed a strong Antibiotic that will kill this, and hopefully I will now heal as I initially should have.

I also had detailed blood work done, and the only thing that was just a bit high was my Iga(S). Their range was 61-360 and mine was 391, but they didn't seem to be concerned about that. Has anybody else had this issue?

Once again, before I get bashed for going through with surgery and going to dermatologists, I feel it's the best way to accurately diagnose the root cause. Biopsies, swabs, allergy tests, blood work, etc are all things that should be considered if you really want to get to root cause of issue. Just my opinion.
