Pychological help

Am i the only one that thinks ec is purely Pychological like not understanding what to do with my lips? Ive had ec for over 15 years and never thought it could be a internal problem. Although my ec started working at pizza hut and i ate pizza everyday which could have given me a lifelong losing battle with candida or bacteria from there cheese. Also there dough has yeast in it.My diet was always good until i started eating pizza everyday. I still think if i can get my mind right my body will heal. I know others are Pychologically weird by avoiding water or never letting saliva touch lips and other things. I know people lick there lips especially kids and dogs, but ive also know people dont ever lick . What are your opinions on this please
