Tiny painless blisters on my fingers

I recently acquired this tiny bumps on my hand. They are painless and they are spreading. They have a weird texture when you touch them similar to sand paper. They are also pretty touch to prick. I tried bleach and hydrogen which doesn't seem to work. My doctor currently put me on a jock itch treatment which requires using an essential oil as a soap subtitute and putting miconazole cream over the infected area. I don't do any treatment on my fingers. My doctor requires me to go on a diet (no wheat, sugar) and I have lost several pounds already while on the diet. I also take Conzace multivitamins and probiotics (expensive).

Anyone knows what this is? My doctor said that this is caused by fungus.

Please help, my cash reserve is so low that I cannot sustain the probiotics anymore -_-
