it's just far cheaper to take taurine, a sulfur compound, and glycine separately over a year.

The only problem is you don't get instant results with this method

actually glycine is almost identical to acetic acid, the main compound of vinegar.

I have taken them for over a year and my liver is fine, I don't need to flush it now.
