Re: Epsom Salt. Who's willing to try this? *Group Effort*

I am currently on the treatment at day 8. I soak for about 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes at night, then I lather my lips in a lip balm that is not too sticky and is clear. The lip ointment is the only thing that has helped in 11 years (Himalaya Herbals Lip Balm)

Lips look ok, however the peeling has begun at the sides. If I was not to speak then perhaps it would be cured a lot faster. The peeling and cracking is from the daily habits of having a mouth. I do not believe they are infected like previously when they would crust up. They still go white which is what I believe to be fresh lip growing. I don't buy into this idea of the white stuff as bad. That is simply your new lip skin being mushed together overnight from sleep. I advised to sleep on your back with mouth half open.

Anyway I am keeping a photo log each day. I will do one month and then if nothing I think this will be it for me in terms of trying to cure. I will just wait till they come up with some skin treatment in the future.

I also have changed my diet to be mostly fat products with very limited carbs. It seems to help.
