Can't get rid of "mites" and not sure if I should even bother trying another doctor...help!!!

I'm baffled by my condition and at my wit's end. Started in my hair (I think) with small red itchy bumps. Then "rosacea" as the dermatologist says on face and chest. Well the little brown logs that spread from back to chest wasn't normal! I could minimize them with use of acv and antifungal meds, black specks came out. Now spreading to arms and legs. They don't move and nobody believes me. Naturopath put me on baking soda baths and internal cleanse;parasite, heavy metal, virus, fungus. Still have these things and now I'm losing my hair!! I do recall in the beginning my cat was misdiagnosed with ringworm 3 months ago and when I shaved her I saw these black mites , then they disappeared into her!! I have black specks fall out once I clear a brown spot from skin. Also has fungus on skin a month ago along with...help! I'm going to different doctor again and need advice on what to say!? Tweet
