Great advice from dezel. I only made it to day 2 when I gave in to the pressure around me (stress) and ate. At the time I felt I couldn't get everything done without eating. I felt bad too. But I kept eating and it took me almost a week to try again. Now I wish I had just started again right away. I would be so much further along than I am now (on day 3).
You need to decide for yourself what's best for you. But if you don't get right back on the MC, set another date for yourself and work toward that. And pat yourself on the back for 5 awesome days of cleansing!
If you do jump back in, keep the fluids going and get that meal cleaned out as soon as you can. You woke up your digestion, but the digestive tract only has 1 meal to care for. Then it'll be empty again and your body will have the extra energy for cleansing again. You took a step backwards, but you aren't really back at square one.
