What do u think these are?worms paracites c

Hi there everyone I'm a new one here. Bare with while I'm figuring how to navigate. I will try to upload my scary creatures I've been fishing out of various holes in my body. I'm seeing numerous docs at large norca teaching hospital. They all say neg on samples plus I may b a bit loco, Ha ha. I've worked at veterinary hosp over 13 years just recently retired. Decided one final worming and wala the monsters appeared. Of coarse Ive traveled out of usa. I brought medical experts my great samples and they will not help. My vets unable to get triclabendizole. Not large animal animal vet . I've identified the obvious round whip and tapes. But input on the others are appreciated.
