No there is unfortunately no guarantee. I have also done a herbal cleanse years ago and it made my worms run wild. I have the same symptoms as you, except that I have gotten very weak in the meantime.
You really need to try to find out as much as possible about your worms. If you have seen flukes, at least that one you already know. Most likely your have some kind of roundworms, those are the ones that scatter like that and cause these sensations. Those are hard to beat and it might take months. You should start asap, longer you wait, harder it is. Pyrantel pamoate (reeses pinworm medicine) works only in your intestines by paralyzing most bigger worms types. I suggest also to do enemas and/or colonics for quite some time, which helps a lot. You need to get systemic drugs on a scheduled protocol to start killing them off. But it is very important to know exactly what you have, otherwise you could be on the wrong meds without results for a long time. Try to post some pictures of what you may find, snot or stool, wash them off and make a picture on a white background, with the details clearly visible.
Albendazole will not do anything, even if you take lots per day. You need a combination of drugs. You can take albendazole 200mg max per day, which does not cause hair loss in this amount, and as soon as you get an ID you can choose your correct meds.
