Re: Tattoo Removal Affect Iodine? (Bad Symptoms)

Maybe your liver is not able to handle some of the chemicals very well

Learn about various liver support supplements--SAM-e, glutathione, sulfate, taurine, etc. These include sulfur-containing foods and supplements--NAC, broccoli, spinach, eggs, onion, garlic, etc.

Take methylation support supplements--B12, folic acid, etc.

Magnesium B6--p5p, molybdenum--Mo, glycine, glutamine and iron--Fe are involved in production of liver detox related chemicals. Glutamine and Mg can also have a calming effect on the body. You can see them here.

I don't know if a liver cleanse product would be useful. If you generally tolerate most foods and odors, and are generally in good heath, maybe you'll be just fine with a "cleanse."
