Surrogate for special needs man

The family of a special needs young man hired me to be his surrogate. I really like and care for him and I like the family too. I'm just worried about him developing romantic feelings for me. I do not want to lose him as a client and I don't want to hurt him.
His previous surrogate had no worries about this, but with me being near his age, and things he has said, I'm concerned. If anyone else has had this type of issue, I would love to hear how it worked out. Tweet
