Update. I am back in school now so i'll update when i can. I tried the diet for a few weeks but i had to stop. I lost way too much weight cutting out my carbs and starches.I'm currently underweight as a result. I reintroduced some foods back into my diet, still having majority fruits and veggies however and I also started taking a lot of probiotics, no specific brand because i'm taking 3 different ones just to ensure I have a variety, evening primrose oil and krill oil, kelp for iodine. I have seen little improvement but there's still that annoying peeling.it makes me sad seeing everyone going about their lives normal, laughing and talking and kissing. knowing that i can do none of these things with the state that my lips are in, but i'm trying to stay positive. I plan to try a Liver Flush soon, as well as take diatomaceous earth and msm.
