Re: Hypothyroidism fasting case studies
Avimelech,
You can find many of my posts here and other forums and learn about my fasts as well as my belief in natural way of healing.
I am no expert by any means. My journey of fast began as a child, when my parents fasted for religious reasons, but did not know why fast was helpful. They could not explain anything. It is the way it is and we have to do this. We also did not eat meat and they could not explain why everyone around us ate meat and we did not. We used home remedies for almost anything. I was a curious child, but did not learn till my adulthood when I really got sick, that drugs just mask symptoms and hurt you in many ways, nature helps you by giving you whatever you need around you. Everything is inter-connected and works in symbiosis.
I also learned a lot by reading about food and how food helps us stay healthy and not drugs. Also l learned and continue learning from curezone, especially from chrisb1 who really enlightened me with his knowledge in fasting. We still communicate.
I only tell you from what I have experienced and have learned from the masters. Dr.
Shelton is my favorite. There are many other modern day docotors/ healers I follow.
I fast and do
Liver Flushes regularly. I eat to live not live to eat. Do I get sick? Yes, but not like I used to and like others.
I hope this helps.
Peace.
