HELP with Clifford results. Are there any bio-compatible materials?

I recently had a zirconia dental implant put in. The next step is to get the crown. put on. In the meantime a had a Clifford reactivity test done because I am concerned about the bio-compatibility of the crown and adhesive. I got the results back. There is a section "material selected by (my doctors name)". Below are the materials he selected. I've tried to research them but it is very difficult, and it appears that some have types of Aluminum, floride, and some may have BPA or estorgenic issues. I went with a zirconia implant to try to limit the bio-compatibiltiy problems so I want to go as bio compatible as possible with the crown and adhesive. I was hoping a dentist or someone knows something about the materials I listed and can tell me if there are bio-compatibilty issues or if there are other better materials that can be use. I plan on talking to by dentist about which materials to use but don't feel I know enough to even make an informed decision. PLEASE help!
