Remember, any fat will stimulate liver to produce more bile, and gallbladder to flush out both bile and sand.

You can try with any fat you want, any fat you are able to consume.

I have personally done flushes with sour cream.

I took Epsom Salts as per Hulda Clark flush, and 2 dc of sour cream.

It worked.

You can even flush your liver and your gallbladder with castor oil.

In that case you do not need Epsom Salts .
