thank you for your help, yes i was some what discouraged but got over it. I only have had 4 years of American schooling.(no excuse for my spelling) I guess it was my fault for trying to shorten words. I am on day 13

Th and I read posting of people saying what a benefit it is to go for 20 or even 30 days, what are the benefits though?
