Archus's cyst is large but benign, so does not harm him.

My, by contrast, is small (under 1 inch), but Bosniak Type III, so perhaps an 80% chance of being cancerous. Hence, I have to do something quickly. The small size should have led to autolysis during my three fasts, but did not.

Hence, I am wondering about missing pieces such as Iodine, etc.
