If you're feeling really low, have a spoonful of syrup or black strap molasses. I remember almost a year ago when I was doing my first, there were a lot of vets on here and Somer was in the midst of something like a 40 or 50 day cleanse. I did that a couple of times at her suggestion and it worked for me. Either one is nasty straight up but it's a quick boost of calories and minerals.
