What are your symptoms? Have you passed any parasites? You need to try to get an ID of your infection so you can choose the appropriate direction of treatment. You can try reese's pinworm medicine to see if you pass anything suspicious. Also enemas are extremely good. Whatever you pass you need to wash carefully and take a macro zoom pic and upload it here so people can help with identification. Dont take medicines randomly.
