Are Doxycycline Hyclate and Doxycycline the same thing?

Allivet has the 100mg Doxycycline Hyclate available since it seems like the other bird biotic tablets have been backordered for some weeks now. The powder packets are so annoying, I just want to pop the tablets in my mouth and go about my day. Was just wondering if the Doxycycline Hyclate was the same exact product as the bird biotic Doxycycline.

Sorry for the stupid question, just want to make sure.
