some things that helped me. (just my experience)
Liquid chlorophyll 2 tbsp 2 times a day
coconut oil on areas that u think may smell bad
no dairy diet
cotton t shirts (NO polyester-sweat that dries on it will stink)
pretty sure probiotics didnt help me .
up till now im not sure if my problem is internal, external or psychological but these things have helped me reduce my stink to a socially acceptable level. May not work for everyone but worth a try before going into more complicated stuff like suspecting candida, tmau etc.
it has been about 2 months since i last stink super bad. i know i have some external issues with sweat and maybe some internal issues which im not sure about. i really dont know what exactly "cured" me but people who come near me no longer sniff as much and cover their noses as much as before. and one more thing if your problem is external and due to sweating, try gatsby ice wipes. they are wet tissues for use after gym that removes sweat. combined with coconut oil i think thats the best i could find. even a combination of 3 deodorants and clinical antiperspirant i still sweat like a pig and stink really badly but try using coconut oil (on areas of stink BEFORE sweating) and the wipes after sweating. u could reapply cocomut oil afterwards. currently not using any deodorant just this. seems to work pretty well. of course if this is not enough for u u can add on a deodorant or antiperspirant. ( it is just that no deodorants or antiperspirants seem to work on me).
for the internal stink for me. i suspect (just suspecting) that it is due to my stomach air. It seems that after i have cleared most of my stomach air i dont stink AS bad anymore. i did this by cutting.out dairy completely and i guess it was abit of luck. drink more water and as much as possible try to shift your focus whenever possible. we deserve to be happy.
