Well, are you having actual hunger pangs or just mentally craving food? If you're having hunger pangs, you should be drinking more lemonade. Always drink a glass (or a half glass) when you feel actually hungry. It should get better after day 3 or so,hang in there and DON'T give up! You can make it through, just remember why you are doing this and how good and proud you'll feel once you make it over the hump!!
