healthy food (preferably biodynamic organic),

digestion (cleanse, enimas, enzymes and a ton of probiotics),

oxygen (best is ozone but also hydrogen peroxide is good as well as EWAT),

Hydration, good clean water 1/2 your weight in ounces a day.
