Most toxins are in bile.

Bile naturally binds to soft fibers.

Naturally, we excrete bile toxins with our feces.

As you don't eat much during a liver flush, it is often Epsom Salt that helps with getting things out quickly, so we don't absorb anything.

If you don't take Epsom Salt or enema or colonic, maybe taking charcoal may help.
