second die off after 4 weaks ? anticandida diet

Hello guys im on high fat diet very lov carbs and on antifungals eating clean etc i have major die off in first day and they pass away and i feal very good almost all symptoms are gone. now after 4 weeks i have again terrbile die of , very painful joint and musce and head. cuz it be another die off or maybe some alergic to some fats ? (red meat)
