Re: Time to do all of it

The difficult thing is to determine the way to place the array of magnets.

Cassar advocates multi polarity on the body, never singular polarity.

I have heard a lot of positive reviews on this sleeping set up, which advocates another theory for sleeping arrangements. Highly wort to read what they say.

After reading that piece you will as me be a little confused what is the best, when looking on all the myriads of different sleeping pads out there which uses multi polarity positive and negative.

The most interesting would be to get a subscription to the Cassar site and watch the rest of the videos and see WHY he does what he does.

I am for sure in on it if we were 3-4 people chipping in on one accoun, and then we could share the videos in private etc. Would reduce price to 80-60$ pr person. Let me know..

As for the Y shield paint. I once painted a whole room with it and did the correct instructions and grounded the walls after etc. It is impressive, it totally blocks high freq radiation. So perfect for the bedroom. If you couple that with turning of the power switch for the bed room at night, no electronics or smartphone, and ground your bed with a earthing sheet, you would basically sleep in a zero EMF sanctuary and def get some more quality sleep. Popping some Melatonin and Tryptophan + GABA before bedtime and you will hit REM sleep before you know it.
