How often would you do it ?

From what I read, 2x a year is recommended.

Also, I am feeling a little discomfort in my liver / gallbladder area.. not sure if that could be the stone ? I also don't feel that well lately..

I am doing the flush tomorrow, I am really hoping it's gonna make things better and not worse..
