Welcome back! This is cleanse 3 for me, and I'm on day 1. What do you mean when you say "you tried taking the tea last night with no luck". Does this mean you couldn't drink the tea, or you had no effect from it. I took my tea last night and this morning it worked fine. I'm not a SWFlusher - I do tea morning and night. With your work schedule, maybe give that a try.

This time around I will not put pepper in my juice (it just makes it too hot). Instead I've been putting a little on my tongue and taking a swig. Much much better.

I'm also planning on working out this time -- 30 minutes on the eliptical machine every day. I want to see if the results differ and if I'm not as tired (as I was last time).
