Leaky Gut Help - Glutamine an electrolytes!

I'm recovering from pretty severe adrenal fatigue that was driven by drinking a ton of coffee and alcohol.

My adrenals are starting to heal and I have more energy. This is great but also feel like my immune system is "waking up." The last time this happened I ended up with shingles and a chronic cough (1.5 months). I'm 26.

I had whole wheat bread and thus gluten this weekend and it felt like I was hit in the head. Severe brain fog and fatigue. Fortunately this only lasted about 12 hours and I'm back on a Paleo diet.

I know I have some electrolyte imbalances due to the adrenal fatigue and chronic use of coffee. When I took 50mg of magnesium I get severe diarrhea so I'm on a low dose of 5mg to build up. Also, I almost never sweat and can't use deodorant as it dries out my skin too bad. This from too little sodium? I took about 100mg of sodium, so not even 1/8 of a tsp and got severe diarrhea. Thoughts here?

Also, when I try to take glutamine to heal my gut I have very frequent urination of over 1 per hour, similar to how I was when I was under the extreme stress phase of adrenal fatigue a few years ago.

Any thoughts on how to balance electrolyte and glutamine supplementation to help assist the better diet?
