What is the #1 med to begin with

What would be the choice for someone who can get One med only. I have a co infect of tapes, ascarias and flukes and can only afford one med to start. I have done many protocols over the years and got the number of worms down to mostly large stubborn worms. Went thru a trauma and stopped all meds for 6 weeks, ready to start up again. 1 med at a time. Any new meds to try?
