To add to your a-fib post, I always think Magnesium deficiency. Then Potassium! Then sunlight!
K needs Mg for transport.
Sunlight when your shadow is shorter than you helps create Vitamin D.
As a restate: Magnesium is involved in over 300 biological processes.
