I read that trigeminal neuralgia causes pain, and my symptoms do not involve pain but a stiff and heavy sensation. That is one reason the doctor I was seeing earlier ruled out trigeminal neuralgia. In any case, if cold laser therapy helps with trigeminal neuralgia it probably also helps with other problems in the cranial nerve. Tweet
