Re: 2.5 months post removal - urticaria and GI issues persist

Ditto on Holysin's post, but here's some encouragement-I met a woman on the commute to work each morning on the train who shared get story with new- she had MS symptoms, could barely walk, some days was bed-ridden...
Docs had her on a bevvy of medicines and painkillers and all, she told me she eventually had enough of it, really down in the drain.. Eventually got to reading and studying the matter on her own, and decided to do the food elimination diet. She found she was getting inflammation in the body from eating beef. She stopped, and weekl by week she got stronger and stronger.
Today she's a vibrant, healthy woman in her late forties, she was traveling to a driver's education for being a bus driver so she could join her hubby in a local job in a nearby town.

Hallejlujah, there's freedom!
You can make it. :-)
