Something pinching my small intestine

Ive been having episodes of painful pinching/biting in my small intestine. So much so that it makes it hard to breathe, i can't do anything but moan in pain. Cayenne rich foods seems to irritate whatever lives in there. Gold leaf might piss them off as well. It's hard to narrow down what triggers the pinching.

Ive tried olive leaf oil, msm, horsetail, CE with blue and real vervaine, iodine, DGL, sski. Ive ran frequencies for D.Immitis, OV, candida, h pylori, salmonella, trichinosis. I run those frequencies but still get these attacks. Makes me wonder if the frequencies are reaching me from the bean. I make my own saurkraut and kombucha. Not sure how i can narrow down to what the problem is.

A couple of years ago i had an isolated attack like this from taking cayenne capsules. Drank a stiff glass of iodine which made me vomit but i did pass a golf ball sized ball of white worms later in the toilet. That dose of iodine was too high though, it burned on the way down but im tempted to try anything again that will kill this.
