you skip herbs while doing the flush on the day that you prep.

You can do a flush every 3 days if you had to.

You know what it takes, which is not harmful.

I don't do them anymore because I think what I call Liver Gallbladder Cleanse #2 is superior in every way along with LBB capsules.

Using anti-parasite herbs in an oil base most likely is the best method to de-worm internally…but it is not in old herbal books---so you don't see anyone doing it---
