It is quiet and the silver mist comes pouring out, and there is NO wasted silver as with most nebulizers. I also mix 10% Mullein, 10% Lobelia and 2 drops of Nascent Iodine into my Colloidal Silver . The water used in the base unit also does not leak out when packed in a suitcase.
