New to Master Cleanse

Hello all,

I'm a 36 year old male, 6'6" and started The Master Cleanse 3 days ago at a starting weight of 298.6 lbs. I weighed in this morning at 290.6 lbs. I'm planning on doing the cleanse for at least 10 days but really want to go longer. This is my first cleanse and I'm just looking for support. My acid reflux is gone already! I normally take 2, 20 mg., Omeprazole per day but haven't taken it for 2 days and feel great.

If anyone would like to share their story please do. Also, is there any point where I begin to feel less hungry. Thanks and love you all. Have a great day!
