Hsv1 and 2

Hello everyone I'm new and I may I ask for your help I want to thank Grizz for introducing me to this forum and he has helped me a great deal so a big thanks to Grizz. I have hsv 1 and two . Iv been taking ionic silver I bought on Amazon 10ppm. Been taking 3-4 times a day and bout a mouth full and any leasions been putting it on with cotton ball I need to still get the 10%dmso. Is there any thing else I can be doing to get rid of this nasty virus . Also tried oregano 100% and ole with a organic diet not much luck,I used oregano oil when I had leasions.and burned my self I know was not good idea .
