Nauseous since starting enemas (plus vomiting)
Hi,
My doctor believes I have a Candida issue, which is contributing to my chronic fatigue. Because I am so sick, she wanted me to just start off with
coffee enemas to try and lighten my immune system's load.
I've been seeing Candida (white stringy stuff) in my stool since starting the enemas, which I am doing every second day.
I was wondering if nausea/vomiting can be a normal reaction during detox/Candida die-off? I have had a lot of low-level nausea since starting the enemas, as well as a metallic/foul-taste in my mouth, headaches, worse
Body Odor , sinuses clogged etc.
Tonight I did vomit though, which does annoy me because I vomited up the smoothie I made afterwards (the ingredients aren't cheap). What's weird is that what initially came out almost look like poop -- a dark brown pile with the consistency of soft-serve ice-cream -- followed by the green smoothie.
Is it possible I'm 'vomiting' out toxins?
I make sure I'm hydrated before the enemas and also do a water cleanse afterwards. I also use a binder (Chlorella) 30 minutes beforehand.
As I say, the vomiting mainly just annoys me because I'm using the smoothie to replace nutrients/minerals etc. and then just vomited it up.
Should I eat more beforehand and/or wait a little to drink my smoothie afterwards? The smoothie is almond milk, spinach, kale, plus a superfood nut mix (high in iron, zinc, b-vitamins etc.).
