We're all looking for what works for us, everyone is different.
Sounds like the type of diet I was/am in.
The odor tends to get worse before it gets better. It might be the body detoxing. How long the really bad odor lasts is different for everyone. I stunk like I've never stunk before for about 2 months while being on the diet but on the third month the odor SLOWLY started to go away. I noticed people weren't rubbing their noses as much nor sneezing. One day there wasn't one single sneeze or nose rub.
Once the odor is almost gone or gone, incorporate one of your forbidden foods and see if that's your trigger food. Eliminate that food and try the next forbidden food. If we can get to the bottom of our trigger foods, we won't be on such restrictive diets.
Coconut helped to greatly reduce or eliminate the odor but was still eating healthy. Go into Utube and check out how people put the coconut in the oven to remove the meat. It's so much easier than getting a screw driver and breaking of bits and pieces. Hope this helps.
